WHERE ARE YOU FAKING IT?

ARE YOU WORN OUT TRYING TO "BE" SOMEONE ELSE?
You don't need to measure yourself by what other people think. God has a better way.
THE WORLD NEEDS THE REAL YOU
You're invited—come this weekend to learn more.

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating.
What location should I choose? What should I wear? Where do my kids go?

Other Questions
WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS COMMUNITY?
We are a multi-site church with three locations throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia; an online campus where you can watch from any device; an international campus in Manila, Philippines; and a prison campus at Rivers Correctional institution. While our campuses meet in different places, we're all part of the same church community. We say it this way—“one church, multiple locations.”
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SERVICES?
We have services on Sunday mornings and Monday nights every week. Our campuses meet in diverse locations, from a church building to middle and high schools. While the meeting places may be different, it’s all the same Community Church experience!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code for attending services at Community Church. Some attenders dress casually and some dress up—it’s all good! You're free to come exactly as you are, so wear whatever you're most comfortable in.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive at the church, you'll first be greeted with some cheerful waves by our parking team as they direct cars into the parking areas. You'll enter your campus’s main lobby and get a friendly smile from one of our greeters. There will be some beverages for you to enjoy either at the cafe or coffee bar, and you can check your kids into Community Kids (infants through 5th grade) or Alive students (middle and high school students).
There's a 5-minute countdown to let you know when service is about to begin, so you can be sure to get your seat before it gets started!
WHAT IS SERVICE LIKE?
Services typically start with a quick video of someone sharing what's available for you and your family, and then energetic and passionate music kicks off the experience. After the music we'll share a few things through video and live communicators about what's happening in the life of the church, and how you can get involved.
We'll then continue our worship through an offering that flows right into the weekend message. Most weekends, our Senior Pastor, Michael Brueseke, will preach.
As a multi-site church, the message is most often preached live from one location and streamed to others, making the Community Church experience the same no matter where you are! Our services often close with a brief time to respond to God in both worship and prayer.
