We will meet your family, check your child, and one of our volunteers will lead you and your child to their age-appropriate room. Sharing some personal information will help us best serve you, such as your contact info and any special instructions for caring for your child.
One of our volunteers will help you check in your child at any available station. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching identification tags with numbers that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your identification code will appear on a screen in the auditorium.
We have created an environment where your kids feel safe. Our loving volunteers are trained to create an atmosphere where families can confidently leave their children while they are in service. Every volunteer is screened with an interview and background check, and every hallway is monitored by safety personnel.
On your way home, be sure to ask your child questions like, “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?” It’s our goal that every child has a great answer to these two questions, every week!
